A special camp for transgender, transmen, and intersex individuals will be held on June 24, 2025, at the Additional District Collectorate Complex, Finger Post, Ooty.

This camp, organized by the Department of Social Welfare and Women Empowerment, aims to help individuals who have not yet registered on the Transgender Welfare Board’s website to register their details and obtain identity cards. Additionally, assistance will be provided for Aadhaar card corrections, voter ID cards, the Chief Minister’s Comprehensive Health Insurance Scheme, and obtaining Ayushman Bharat cards.(PDF 38KB)
