P.R.No:529- Postal Department will be conducting the Dak Adalat on 09.09.2025

The Dak Adalat for the quarter ending September 2025 will be held at the office of the undersigned on 09.09.2025 at 10:00 Hrs to strengthen the machinery for redressal of public grievances. The Dak Adalat will be chaired by the Superintendent of Post Offices, Nilgiris Division, Udagamandalam – 643001.

The public complaints / representations if any may be addressed to the Superintendent of Post Offices, Nilgiri Division, Udagamandalam- 643001, so as to reach this office on or before 06.09.2025. The covers should be superscribed on the top as “Dak Adalat Case”.

The complaints should contain full details such as date and time of posting, Full address of the sender and addressee, registered / consignment number with date and office of booking for Money Orders, VP, Registered, Insured and Speed Post articles. If the complaint is about Savings Bank or Postal Life Insurance/RPLI the complaint should contain the Account Numbers, PLI/RPLI Policy Numbers, Name and Address of the depositor / Insurant, Name of the Post Office, the details of recovery and any reference of the Postal Department whatever available.­(PDF 85KB)
