• Coonoor Municipality, Wards 9, 10, and 11: Bedford, Bharathiyar Mandapam,
• Kotagiri Municipality, Wards 20 and 21: Relief Center, Gandhi Maidanam,
• Coonoor Taluk, Yedappalli Panchayat areas: Ellithorai Community Hall,
