According to the order of Hon’ble Tamil Nadu Chief Minister, Hon’ble Minister of Tourism Mr. K. Ramachandran and Nilgiris Member of Parliament Mr. A. Rasa personally paid tribute to the body of a boy who drowned in Ponnani River, Pandalur Taluk, Nilgiris District while going fishing and condoled with the family. , presented a check of Rs.3 lakh from the Chief Minister’s General Relief Fund and Rs.1 lakh in cash from his own funds.
