P.R.No:418- “Anbu Karangal” Financial Support Scheme

In the Nilgiris District, under the “Anbu Karangal” financial support scheme, children who have lost both parents and are being raised under the care of relatives, as well as children who have lost one parent and are unable to be cared for by the surviving parent, are eligible to benefit.

The District Collector, Mrs. Lakshmi Bhavya Tanneeru, I.A.S., has announced that applications can be submitted at the “Ungaludan Stalin” camps being held in the Nilgiris District or directly to the District Collector/District Child Protection Officer.(PDF 34KB)
