P.R.No:449- 11th National Handloom Day Celebration

In Nilgiris district, the District Collector, Mrs. Lakshmi Bhavya Tanneeru, I.A.S., on behalf of the Handloom Department, inaugurated the handloom sales exhibition organized in celebration of the “11th National Handloom Day” by cutting the ribbon and lighting the traditional lamp. She visited the exhibition and marked the first sale by purchasing a Toda embroidery shawl.(PDF 38KB)
