In The Nilgiris District, the Hon’ble Minister of Tamil Development and Information Mr. M P Saminathan, and the Hon’ble Minister of Tourism Mr. K. Ramachandran participated in a ceremony held on behalf of the School Education Department and inaugurated the scheme in the district by giving free bicycles worth Rs.8.66 lakhs to 182 girl students.
