P.R.No:493- Applications Invited from Buddhists for Pilgrimage to Dhamma Chakra Parivartan Festival

The Government of Tamil Nadu is inviting applications from Buddhists who wish to benefit from the scheme providing a subsidy for a pilgrimage.

Under this scheme, a direct subsidy of up to ₹5,000 per person will be provided via ECS to 150 Buddhist individuals from Tamil Nadu who undertake the pilgrimage to the Dhamma Chakra Parivartan festival held on Vijayadashami at Deeksha bhoomi, Nagpur, during the 2025-26 financial year.(PDF 46KB)
