P.R.No:80- Assistant Director of Horticulture inspected the carrot washing station in the Nilgiris District

The Assistant Director of Horticulture agreed in collaboration with the Nilgiris Potato and Vegetable Growers Association (NPVGA), the Carrot Washing Machine Owners Association, and the Vegetable Merchants Association. In this agreement, they pledged that, starting from 14.02.2025, they will not allow carrots to be brought from outside the Nilgiris district for washing, keeping the farmers’ welfare in mind.(PDF 108KB)
