As the festival of Diwali is going to be celebrated on 20.10.2025, those who wish to run temporary crackers shops in the Nilgiris district should apply for a temporary crackers license under the Explosives Act 1884 and Rules 2008 through (http://www.tnesevai.tn.gov.in).
