The Community Management Training Center (CMTC) is an affiliated organization established by the district-level higher federation, the People’s Learning Center, to meet the capacity-building needs of people’s organizations. This system functions as a high-level community-based organization that provides services such as skill development, financial inclusion, strengthening livelihood institutions, and coordination for community-based organizations.
