P.R.No:664- Government Jeep used by the Assistant Director of the Survey and Land Records Department has been notified for condemnation in the Nilgiris District

The Government Jeep (vehicle number TN 43 G 0402) that was in use by the Assistant Director of the Survey and Land Records Department, in the Nilgiris District, has completed fifteen years. As per the Proceedings No. A1-134-2025 dated 12-05-2025 of the Technical Assistant, Government Automobile Workshop, Udhagamandalam, Tamil Nadu Motor Vehicle Maintenance Department, the said vehicle has been declared as Normal Condemnation (mature state). It has been notified that the vehicle should be scrapped for an amount not less than Rs. 50,100/-.

Therefore, the District Collector, Smt. Lakshmi Bhavya Tanneeru, I.A.S., has informed us that the Jeep bearing registration number TN 43 G 0402, in its scrap condition, will be auctioned to the public on 07-11-2025 at 11:00 AM under government conditions. The auction will take place in the presence of the Assistant Director of the Survey and Land Records Department at the District Collectorate Additional Office, Second Floor, Finger Post address.(PDF 44KB)
