P.R.No:669- Closing ceremony of the “4th Nilgiris Book Festival”

In the Nilgiris district, at the closing ceremony of the “4th Nilgiris Book Festival” currently underway, Government Chief Whip, Thiru. K. Ramachandran, in the presence of the District Collector, Mrs. Lakshmi Bhavya Tanneeru, I.A.S., released the book “Sollatha Kadhai,” written by the students of the Government High School for the Hearing Impaired.
