In the Nilgiris District, the Nilgiris Member of Parliament, Thiru. A. Raja, distributed free bicycles worth ₹8 Lakhs to 168 girl students at Bethlehem Girls Higher Secondary School, Udhagai.

The distribution event was held in the presence of the Government Chief Whip, Thiru. K. Ramachandran, and the District Collector, Mrs. Lakshmi Bhavya Tanneeru I.A.S., and was organized by the Backward Classes, Most Backward Classes, Minorities Welfare Department, and the School Education Department.(PDF 100KB)
