P.R.No:18- Opportunity for Persons with Disabilities to Obtain Free Travel Pass Online

Persons with disabilities can apply for and obtain the Free Travel Pass online from 07.01.2026 to 31.01.2026, excluding government holidays, on all working days, for the benefit of all eligible persons with disabilities. Applications may be submitted at the e-Sevai Centres in the respective Taluks or at the District Differently Abled Welfare Office, Garden Road, Udhagamandalam.

Applicants are required to submit copies of the Disability Identity Card, Family Card, and Aadhaar Card, along with a recent photograph and relevant supporting documents: an employment certificate for working persons with disabilities, an educational certificate for students with disabilities, or a medical treatment certificate for those undergoing treatment.

The District Collector, Mrs. Lakshmi Bhavya Tanneeru, I.A.S., has informed us that eligible persons with disabilities are encouraged to make use of this valuable opportunity to apply online and obtain the Free Travel Pass.(PDF 17KB)
