P.R.No:51- Republic Day Celebration Invitation – 2026

In connection with the Republic Day celebrations of the year 2026, a National Flag Hoisting Ceremony will be held on Monday, 26.01.2026, at 10.00 a.m. at the Government Arts College Sports Ground, Udhagamandalam (Ooty).

The District Collector of Nilgiris, Mrs. Lakshmi Bhavya Tanneeru, I.A.S., will preside over the function, hoist the Indian National Flag, and present Certificates of Appreciation to individuals who have rendered outstanding service in the district.

Various cultural programs will also be conducted as part of the celebrations. Hence, the District Administration cordially invites the general public to participate in the Republic Day celebrations.(PDF 39KB)
