The Nilgiris district, at the Government Lali Hospital in Coonoor, the Pain Free Nilgiris scheme was launched on behalf of the District Administration and the Health Department. The scheme was inaugurated by Mr. P. Senthilkumar, I.A.S., Additional Chief Secretary (Health and Family Welfare), in the presence (via video conference) of Dr. A.
