P.R.No:206- No liquor will be sold on polling day and counting days for the Tamil Nadu Assembly General Election-2026

In the Nilgiris district, all FL 1 TASMAC Liquor Retail Shops, FL 2 Clubs, and FL 3/3A Hotel bars will remain closed. As part of the election arrangements, no liquor will be sold from 10:00 a.m. on 21.04.2026 until midnight on 23.04.2026 (Polling Day). Additionally, no liquor will be sold on 04.05.2026 (Vote Counting Day). On the above-mentioned days, all TASMAC retail shops, clubs, and hotel bars across Tamil Nadu will remain compulsorily closed.
