For the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly General Election 2026, the second phase of randomization for microobservers, supervisors, and assistants who will be engaged in the counting of postal ballots and votes recorded in Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs) was conducted under the leadership of the General Observers: Ms. Thanvi Sundriyal, I.A.S., for the 108 Udhagamandalam Assembly Constituency; Mr. S.
