P.R.No:283- Introduction of Personalized Cheque Books for Post Office Savings Account Customers.

India Post has introduced a new Personalized Cheque Book (PCB) facility for Post Office Savings Account (POSA) customers, effective from 08.05.2026. In this new cheque book, the account holder’s name, account number, and the India Post IFSC code will be pre-printed. This initiative enhances security and provides customers with banking-standard services and greater convenience. (PDF 790KB )
