P.R.No:319 – The District Revenue Officer paid homage to the mortal remains of a person who had donated their organs.

At the Government Medical College Hospital, Udhagamandalam, in the Nilgiris district, Mrs. Radha of S.S. Nagar, Sungam, Gudalur, had donated her organs. In recognition of her noble act, the Government of Tamil Nadu accorded her a State tribute. On behalf of the Government of Tamil Nadu, the District Revenue Officer, Mr. Narayanan, today (29.06.2026) paid his respects by placing a floral wreath on her mortal remains. (PDF 44KB )
