P.R.No:185- Election Commission of India has declared April 23, 2026, as a Dry Day in view of the upcoming election

In connection with the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly General Election 2026 to be held in the Nilgiris district and as per the instructions of the Election Commission of India, April 23, 2026 (Thursday), the day of polling, has been declared a Dry Day to maintain law and order and to ensure free and fair voting.(PDF 111KB)
