Under the Government of Tamil Nadu’s initiative to reach out to the public, listen to their grievances, and provide immediate solutions by bringing the government machinery directly to the field, the program titled ‘Ungalai Thedi, Ungal Ooril’ (At Your Doorstep, In Your Village) is being conducted every month.
