P.R.No:637- Chief Minister’s Farmers’ Welfare Service Centre – Scheme

In the Tamil Nadu Government’s Agriculture Budget for the year 2025–26, the Hon’ble Minister for Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare announced that:

“To assist farmers by utilizing the academic knowledge and technical skills of agricultural graduates and to support agricultural prosperity, 1,000 Chief Minister’s Farmers’ Welfare Service Centres will be established across Tamil Nadu.”

In the Nilgiris district, the Horticulture Department has been assigned the target of establishing these Farmers’ Welfare Service Centers.(PDF 225KB)
