P.R.No:733- Tamilnadu Women Entrepreneur Empowerment Scheme (TWEES)

With the objective of further increasing the role of women in the economic development of Tamil Nadu, a major scheme will be implemented to develop one lakh women as entrepreneurs over the next five years. Under this scheme, women will receive bank loans up to ₹10 lakh with a 25% subsidy (up to a maximum of ₹2.00 lakh). They will also be provided with appropriate skill-development training and marketing guidance to help them start various enterprises.(PDF 75KB)
