P.R.No:773- Nilgiris Member of Parliament inaugurated the Command and Control Centre established at the Gene Pool Heritage Garden.

In the Nilgiris district, Mr. A. Raja, Member of Parliament for Nilgiris, inaugurated and inspected the newly established Command and Control Center at the Gene Pool Genetic Garden in Gudalur Taluk.

The facility was constructed by the Forest Department at a cost of ₹6 crore under the Tamil Nadu Forest Force Modernization Scheme. The inauguration took place in the presence of Mrs. Supriya Sahu, I.A.S., Additional Chief Secretary to the Government (Environment, Climate Change, and Forests), where the MP marked the opening by lighting the ceremonial lamp.
