At Coonoor in Nilgiris District, during a function held at the Tamil Nadu Tea Plantation Corporation (TANTEA) for the distribution of gratuity and earned leave salary to retired TANTEA estate workers and employees, the Nilgiris Member of Parliament, Mr. A.
