Through the Tamil Nadu Minorities Economic Development Corporation (TAMCO), various loan schemes are being implemented for minorities to support employment opportunities and income-generating activities. These include personal loans at low interest rates, micro-enterprise loans for Self-Help Groups (SHGs), the Virasat Scheme (a loan scheme for artisans and traditional craftsmen), and educational loans.
