P.R.No:476- “Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi” Scheme

Under the Prime Minister’s Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN) Scheme, the Central Government provides financial assistance of ₹2,000 (Rupees Two Thousand only) to each eligible farmer family once every four months, amounting to ₹6,000 (Rupees Six Thousand only) per year in three instalments. It has been observed that many farmers benefiting under this scheme have not linked their Aadhaar numbers with their bank accounts, have not completed e-KYC, have pending Aadhaar linking and e-KYC requirements, and have also not completed their FR registrations, which remain pending. Therefore, District Collector Thiru. Lakshmi Bhavya Tanneeru, I.A.S., has advised eligible farmers who wish to avail themselves of the benefits under the PM-KISAN Scheme to voluntarily approach the office of the Assistant Director of Horticulture in their respective block and complete the necessary formalities to avail the benefits.
