P.R.No:467 -Revenue Village wise Draft Guideline Register has been prepared and kept in Tahsildar and Sub-Registrar Offices for public inspection.

In accordance with Rule 4(2) of the Tamil Nadu Stamp (Constitution of Valuation Committee for Estimation, Publication and Revision of Market Value Guidelines of Properties) Rules, 2010, and following the guidelines and instructions issued in the Inspector General of Registration’s Letter No. 29590/L2/2026 dated 18.07.2026, a draft guideline has been prepared to rectify discrepancies in the existing market value guidelines for revenue villages in the Nilgiris district; this draft has been made available for public inspection at key government offices, including the offices of the concerned Tahsildars, Block Development Officers, and Sub-Registrars.
